In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful
legal declaration
• I, the undersigned student, is aware and fully agree to the following items:
First : for the students who wish to study Pilot from the Kenyan ProActive Academy only.
1- There is a preparatory stage in the English languauge and some subjects related to piloting
aircraft,which are common subjects between many different aviation disciplines.I approve
that I am studying with my signature below this acknowledgment that I will study these
subjects for the American Academy Center in Sudan and not for the American Academy of
Aviation and Technology affiliated to Sudanese civil aviation, which is an accredited from
Proactive in Kenya, not in Sudan .Rather, the American Academy of Aviation Center in
Sudan a registration and marketing agency,and some non-binding assistance for it in
preparing me as a student.
2- I undertake to strictly adhere to all regulations and directives published by Proactive
regarding behavior and discipline,especially which regard to drug addiction or staying up
late…..etc .
3- I declare that if I fail in any three of the preparatory subjects that I will study, or if I am
absent from the study for more than six lectures at the American Ascademy of Aviation And
Technology Center in Sudan, I will be dismissed immediately, and the fees I have paid will
not be refunded for any reason.
4- I declare that if I fail in any three of the subjects that I will study in ProActive Aviation School
in Kenya , or if I am absent from the study for more than six lectures there ,I will be
dismissed immediately, and the fees I have paid will not be refunded for any reason.
Secondly : for the students who wish to study pilot from ProActive Academy in Kenya , with
Bachelor in piolting and airlines management in cooperation with the American University (
Central State University of New York )through the center of the American Academy of Aviation and
Technology in Sudan .
• In addition to the conditions mentioned in the first clause, I also agree to the following
conditions.
1- A qualifying certificate with a university diploma issued only by (the American Academy AAAT (
USA) or the American University CSUNY in the United States of America) and the student is
obligated to transfer his fees to the main academy in the United States of America in dollars or its
equivalent in the local currency on the same date ($ 1000 for the certificate approved by the
American Council of Education and $500 for documentation from the US State Department and
Legal Authentication Office). For each professional certificate separately.
2- A bacholar certificate issued only by (the parent American Academy AAAT in America or the
American University CSUNY in the United States of America) and the student is obligated to
transfer his fees to the parent academy in the United States of America in dollars or its equivalent

in the local currency on the same date ($ 1000 for the certificate approved by the American
Council for higher education and $500 for documentation from the US State Department and Legal
Authentication Office). For each professional certificate separately.
3- In the case of a student requesting documentation from any embassy, there are separate fees,
and the documentation process is subject to the conditions, approval and requirements of each
embassy separately.
4- The student acknowledges his knowledge, consent and acknowledgment that the certificates
issued by (the American Academy Center , AAAT or the American University CSUNY in the United
States of America) were issued based on his study of American courses and exams remotely from
the United States of America, as well as the certificate and American documentation, and this
study has nothing to do with higher education in Sudan and its documentation And its
accreditation in any way / or the accreditation of any other country / (except for the legal
documentation of the American Council for Higher Education and the US State Department and
the Office of Authentication and Accreditation in the State of America).
5- The student commits and undertake to authenticate through the representation center in which
he studied only and that he is aware that he may not apply for authentication in any other way,
since the presidency in the United States has a legal department for authentication that follows up
the authentication procedures for the certificates received through representation centers only.
6- All professional certificates at all levels (the American Professional Certificate, the American
Advanced Professional Certificate, the American Fellowship Certificate, and the American
Academic Consultant Certificate), as well as all academic and professional certificates (qualifying
certificate with a university diploma, bachelor) issued by (the American Academy The mother
AAAT or CSUNY (USA) is documented by the above methods only and not by Sudanese higher
education.
7- I pledge that I fully abide by the administrative and financial regulations stipulated, and in the
event that I violate any of the regulations mentioned in this regulations, I declare that I am aware
that this may lead to depriving me of my certificate or academic degree.
8- I acknowledge my knowledge of the academic center regulations, students’ regulations,
examination regulations, and the code of conduct in order to deny ignorance and commit to
implementing them with my knowledge and adherence to its provisions literally.
